1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Massar Careers platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Massar Careers provides a recruitment management platform designed to streamline hiring processes for companies and connect candidates with opportunities. The Service includes but is not limited to job posting, candidate tracking, resume parsing, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," or any other form of solicitation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Massar Careers and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Massar Careers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
